Summary
Looking at the different repositories of 3D printer files for a "Laundry Detergent Stand" were either "fugly" or to large to print on my printer (ANET A8, 220x220x220)
So I set out to make something functional, that wouldn't require a complete spool of filament.

I designed this to print on a smaller printer
Print both base pieces either upside-down or on front face to save on support material.
I printed this @ 70% infill b/c, I didn't know how much weight this structure would hold. Therefore I over engineered it, not knowing the strength of PLA (Would it sag "over-time" if print at a lower infill?)... I don't know?
The screws obviously not high stress but you might consider printing @ 100% b/c the do fall apart pretty easy.
********* UPDATE / CORRECTION **********
i would suggest printing the 1/4-20 Screws in a horizontal position (to combat layer adhesion problems) then run them thru a die to clean up the threads!
Post-Printing
Cleanup
I did tap & die (1/4-20) all of the threads. Also, I drilled out the holes on the ribs & cup holder.
I also used some 220 grit sandpaper, to cleanup the sides of the ribs (so the holes would align)
