This is a DIY enclosure for the Creality Ender 3 V2.

using 20x20mm square aluminium tubing with 1.5mm walls and 4mm thick plexiglass/acrylic sheets.

Post-Printing
Step 1
Clean up all printed parts, remove elefant foots with either sandpaper or a utility knife with a fresh new blade.
Step 2
Leave the protective film on until you are done working on the plexi/acrylic sheets!
Cut the plexiglass/acrylic sheets with a jigsaw with a fresh new blade for metal. It is important to use metal blade so the cut wont splinter.
Step 3
Cut the aluminum square tubing using your preferred tools. I used a hacksaw and the provided hacksaw block to ensure the cuts are 90 degrees.
Clean up the aluminum square tubing ends. I used sandpaper and a file to remove sharp edges on both inside and outside.
Step 4
Assemble the frame using the 20x20_three_way_corner to ensure that everything fits nice and snuggly and dissasemble the frame again.
Step 5
Mark up the positions for the 4_mm_plexiglass_fixings on the plexi/acrylic sheets.
30mm spacing, 50mm wide and 5mm deep pockets. I used an angle for this and a multicutter.
