For when there is a number of mouth related issues in the family and the toothbrush holder needs to be somewhat roomier than the standard.

I wanted it to be easy to clean (since pla and dishwashers don't mix well) so it lacks a mid height block, the downside is that it can be rather easy to knock a toothbrush out of its slot in the base.
