I was missing one of these and decided to design one.
Sadly I am a complete noob with fusion, so I couldn't make a chamfer on the threaded hole.
 

If you have a chamfering tool you can just cut it after print.

Print with 100% infill and 0.1mm layer height for good threads.
Also I recommend printing lying down and hole facing up/down.
