Allows you to use MJCbull's CD Adaptor without a pencil as an axle. Use this part instead of the pencil.

My boys wanted to put wheels onto some large cardboard vehicles they had made. I found MJCbull's CD Wheel Adaptor, but the pencil as an axle was not going to work. I made this to serve as an axle. Just punch a hole in the cardboard, and insert this piece on the inside and then mount the CD Wheel Adaptor with CD on.
