I reproduced muzz64 work using OpenSCAD, with his permission.

Use the "Customizer" tool to create your own, with custom text.

NOTE 2: The font I choose doesn't seem to be well supported by the Customizer. If you are not happy with the result, feel free to download the OpenSCAD file and fiddle with it.

How I Designed This

I wanted to use the actual crown of the meme, but it has too much details. I eventually come across the crown used by the UK government. It's a lot simpler. I found a free copy here: https://www.kisspng.com/png-tharsus-gov-uk-finance-government-of-the-united-ki-1407903/preview.html

I created the vectors using InkScape trace bitmap feature. One side look better than the other, so I cut it in half and mirrored the pretty half, making it perfectly symmetrical. I uploaded the SVG, feel free to use it (you are welcomed)

Then, I used my InkScape plugin to turn the vector into OpenSCAD vector drawing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2805184
