Genuine Game Boy buttons press fit in or can be glued if they're loose for some reason. You can purchase new buttons in many colors at retromodding.com 

Drill out an A/B button and press fit it on the pot for a knob.

Requires 4x M3x8 and 4x M3x12 screws for assembly. Pre-tap all holes with an M3 tapper or just the M3 screws before assembling. Additional screws may be wanted to mount the case to your printer and the back mounting panel can be drilled as needed.

Print main case face down with no support or brim.
