A mount that clamps onto MILO for you to attach a mist/air system. Designed for the mist/air shown in the pictures.

Hardware:

Qty 5 - M5 x 9.5mm heat set inserts

Qty 2 - M5 x 12mm button head screws

Qty 3 - M5 x 30mm button head screws

Print Settings:

Orientation I used was large side face down. So the first layer looks like a U shape and with brim to keep it in place. Sliced with Semi Structural settings.

Print at 100% since I already accounted for shrinkage.

Assembly:

After printing the part out of ABS, insert the five heat sets flush. The two at the top (slanted edge) will go all the way through to the start of the gap this will allow for clamping pressure to MILO.

Secure the mount to MILO as shown and lock in place with the two top screws first. Then mount the air block with the three 30mm screws.

Set your nozzle at the desired position above your stock and have fun!
