I always wanted to make one of those neat 3d-printable objects that spells one thing when viewed from the side and another thing when viewed from the top.

It turns out, this is pretty trivial to do in OpenSCAD (and I kludged the width of the 2023 to match that other word).
The second model was done in FreeCAD where I didn't know how to get proper text, I just drew the letters by hand in the sketcher. And because that was way more difficult (ie. took 20 minutes instead of 3), the second word is not nearly as nice.

Printing: Probably don't. Unless you really want one. It will require supports and I have no idea if the result would be nice to look at.
