This scrubber are good and affordable but need to buy another power tool not very nice ! 

I got this idea and it work well, just some tweaks on the slicer and  should be where to go.

Print Settings:

layer height  .2

wall thick     .8

wall count line   4

top/bottom   .8

top/bottom layers   4

infill 

(most of the part )  20%

(on the arms on top part) 40%

I add some blocks on the arms and change the infill settings ( see picture 3)

supports tree

branch angle  40%

support placement  everywhere
