This was originally the base of an attempted underbarrel HAMP launcher. That didn't work out, but I kept the barrel; I wanted something more chunky and square, and the Recon cosmetic barrel always seems to hamper performance (I suspect from the darts hitting the inner tube).

A little warning going in, though: I haven't made this one yet. At least, not this version exactly. The files I uploaded are for a revised stand-alone version of a barrel originally designed for HAMP hardware, but the one I actually printed has a bunch of quick-fix parts I never intended to release; ugly spacers, questionable glue, that kind of thing. This version is a lot more clean than what I've actually got sitting on the end of my Rayven. It should be fine... but "it looks good on the computer" are Famous Last Words where I work.

Hot glue should be fine for securing the barrel shroud to the mounting lug.

I sized the mounting holes for a tight fit with 8-32 machine screws. Probably chunkier than is needed, but that's just what I have the most of in my shop.

The inner parts of the mounting lug might be too tight. Sand them down if it's too snug and please let me know so I can add another 0.025" of clearance.
