Summary
This is a simple Nintendo Switch headrest mount I made for my son.
I wanted something simple to 3D print, simple to attach, and fast to install the Switch. I did not want the mount to be rigid to prevent the switch from bouncing / shaking when driving. Using the two open eyes, this mount can be attached to the seat headrest in numerous ways, such as with Velcro (see photo,) shoe lace, string, lanyard, chain, Zip ties (See Photo. Very handy, and can reach across between both seats if wanted in the center of vehicle) and more. It can also be mounted to a wall, and has other uses too.
The mount allows the switch to simply slide in from the top. It does not have any clamps, allows the speakers to function and has a large access for the USB port, which can also be used to push the Switch out. For those who have concerns about scratching, the mount does not touch any part of the screen or bezel. I made the mount large enough to allow tape to be placed in the slots to prevent any scratching. Note the Joy-Cons cannot be attached to the switch when in this mount.
(Note if you live in a hot climate, make sure you remove the mount when you leave the vehicle, or print it with a high heat material to stop it warping. This goes for all 3D printed items left in a vehicle)

I printed this mount at 0.3 mm layer height, but I would probably recommend 0.2 mm though. It was printed at 60 mm/s with 0.4 mm nozzle. I used PLA+ and the extruder was set for 212C and the bed 68C. I used 20 percent infill, but if I printed it again I might use 100 percent to give more strength (This is pretty durable though with 20 percent when using PLA+) I would use a minimum 1.2 mm walls, and at least 2 top and bottom layers.
This print does need supports, and I recommend using about 10 percent infill on supports and printing on its back. Removing supports is easy if done right with a small flat head screwdriver to get started. I would recommend a 0.3 mm Z distance, and 0.7 mm X/Y distance. The mount could also be printed vertically which could make the supports easier to remove, but may compromise strength.
According to CURA 4.1, this mount uses 50 grams of PLA+ with 20 percent infill. At 0.3 mm layer height, it takes about 5 hours to print.
For my son, this mount works very well. However you print and use this at your own risk.
