Drill orthogonal holes.

I stacked M3 washers in the cavity of this thing by pausing it before it starts printing the tippy top. The washers have an outside diameter of 6.8mm. That is important. If you dont have washers with that measurement, don't print this. 

I dont know how many washers I put in there, just use as many as needed.
