Designed in TinkerCad by my son River, a custom design mod of the Buster Sword. 

Recommended printing in .1mm layer height, .4mm nozzle, no infill, 8 top layers 7 bottom. PLA works fine.

A few tiny drops of super glue to stick them together, clamp until set, then wrap the hilt with tape.
