I really liked the original for printing with NinjaFlex but wanted a couple of different things. First I wanted to make it thicker and to be able to adjust the length. The other thing I wanted was to be able to easily fasten it to some a Textrix bar so it could be used on robots. I made the Tetrix hole plate optional and with an adjustable thickness.

So far I have only printed this with Ninjaflex but plan to try with Taulman 618. It should print fine with any flexible filament.

I have been printing this with a 0.2mm layer height, 3 perimeters, and 100% infill.

Play with the thickness.
Most of the other parameters will adjust correctly based on that.
