This is a tilted LCD display case and accompanying name panel for the Rigidbot 2 (RB2).

Now those that have RB2's without LCD's can have a way to install a stock one and those that already have one can now view it easier. These parts will replace either original panel configuration.

There is a minimal amount of post processing required on the upper tabs of the tilted LCD case to allow printing without support material. See post processing below.

Pop the name plate in top edge first and then the LCD case the same way. You may have to push up on the name plate tabs to get them started and then they pop in place. Pushing up on the bottom face of the tilted LCD case will pop it in place. By reaching inside and pushing up on the bottom tabs you can remove both panels.

The top tabs of the tilted LCD case have self supporting features on the underside of the outer edges so support material does not need to be turned on. These small wedges will need to be removed before inserting into the frame of the printer.

The upper tabs on the LCD case have small built in support tabs on the outer edges to allow for printing without support material. These tabs need to be trimmed off before you insert the case into the printer frame.

Removal from the bed can be accomplished using a sharp 3/4" chisel, bevel side down, and prying up as you rotate it across the bevel. Work your way around the edges and corners till the part pops off the bed.
