I made this filament clip because existing ones are not the type I desire. I wanted a clip that doesn't clip to the spool, doesn't need to pry the clip open to hold the filament.

I came up with this cilp where it's very simple to put on:

1. thred the filament end a little
2. loosen the spool just a little
3. slip in plate under 1+ strands of the filament.
4. pull it tight

The tension of the spool makes it snugged and it won't move when being shook lightly. (I don't think there's a reason you'd be shaking it very hard).
