Easiest printed in vase mode.

For a sturdier build, I prefer to print in standard mode with 2 walls, 4 bottom layers, 0 top layers and 0% infill (Simplify3D FFF profile attached with my settings).

After printing, drill a number of 6mm (1/4") holes in the bottom of the "top" part to allow draining into the lower part. I also run a bead of medium thickness CA glue around the inside of the bottom where the sides meet the bottom as there are often pinholes there.
