I saw this design years ago as a piece of wood with a bent nail in a brewery in Salzburg.
Well, with a screw, optimized shape and yellow PETG-Prusament it makes at least as good a figure as the original ;-)

The print is very easy and needs about 2 hours and 25g PETG with
- 15% infill
- 0,2 layer height 
- no support structures
 

After that you need a M5 flat head screw between 20 and 30mm long, I use a 25mm screw.

The distance between the flat head and the plastic bottom is about 8mm for a beer bottle, but of course you can always screw it to your own length.

For downloading actually exists 4 stl-files. One without motto + 3 with different sayings. 
So you can use the empty one for your personal motto or use one of the existing.
