Corner connectors for the ISOLED SURF12 FLAT aluminum profile. 

The profile is available from various retailers in different lengths and 3 colors. (anodized, powder coated white RAL 9010 and powder coated black RAL 9005)

The corner connectors are created with Fusion 360 and fully parametric. I uploaded STLs for a couple different angles and radii.

Printing

Depending on how hot the used LEDs get, filaments with a higher temperature resistance like PETG should be used. Ideally you should use a inflammable material like Prusament PETG V0.

Both parts are designed to be printed with 2 perimeters and a 0.4mm nozzle as well as a layer height of 0.2mm. You can optionally print the uppermost part of the cover with 0.1mm layer height. 

The profile part needs support under the pins that extend into the aluminum profile.

The cover works better with supports and a brim. Using the pain-on supports feature with automatic painting works well for the cover.
