I designed this to replace my broken handle on my snow shovel. 

Print with 4 perimeters, 30% infill, 0.3mm layers, supports everywhere, print in horizonal orientation for max strength perpendicular to layer lines. 

Recommend PETG, but PLA might be alright too. 

I used a 1" wood screw.
