Summary

ROG Keris stock side buttons and modified ones with an additional curved overhang.
The pillars closest to the front and rear of the mouse (on the back of each button) will need some sanding down depending on the angle you prefer them to sit at. I took off about 1mm for my own use.
You can reuse the screw that comes with the spare buttons or any flat screw with a 1mm thread diameter.
