I created this to hang a large banner on a PVC frame. It is secured with a ¼" bolt and recessed nut. Fusion 360 file included.

I printed this with PETG. Most of it is in 0.2 mm layer height. At the top of the pipe circle I used variable layer height to make the print a little cleaner.
