A generic BAHA (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid) as well as a simple mounting plate. My wife works with young deaf children and this allows their stuffed animals/dolls to be a little more like them.

Since these are designed for toys the intent is that the “peg plate” will be pierced through the fabric of the toy and then glued into the aid with a small amount of epoxy. If you're customizing an existing toy then you'll have to seam rip and repair an opening large enough to slip the plate in.
