After installing my reprack at 64" (4 US standards stud spacing), I realized that I needed 96", but had already cut all 8 of the ½" EMT conduits. I needed a coupler for EMT and could not find one online.

PRINT ON SIDE WITH SUPPORTS!

This must be printed on its “side” (long ways on build plate) to not involve layer adhesion in the strength. I printed with Elegoo Rapid PETG (love the stuff). Still, no matter what I did, the bottom half never came out as clean as the top half. They work fine still, and I'm learning more.

I was unable to break a coupler with a 16" piece of EMT attached to each end. They are incredibly strong if printed as intended.

Support - Yes, with 50 degree threshold angle (I found this a good compromise for quality)
