Metric machine screw gauge measures M 1.6 to M 10 machine screws. Works with flat head and regular screws. The ruler is graduated starting at 4 mm with marks that are 2 mm wide and separated by 2 mm.

The text is raised by 0.4 mm which should allow for two layers printed in a contrasting color.

This gauge fits this sorting base.

I printed mine in PLA with a 0.6 mm nozzle with a layer height of 0.25 mm and a first layer of 0.32 mm. I used 2 perimeters with 2 bottom layers and 4 top layers with 15% infill. I inserted a color change for the last 2 layers for the text. 0.4 mm nozzle with 0.2 mm layer height should work fine.
