The text is a separate object, so you can change the filament/color on it easily. See the photo. (Note: do not mix PLA and PETG, the photo is just for demonstration purposes).

Because the corner is so open from all the merged lines, you should start drawing from the outer tip of the line (near the angle labels), and then extend the line using the stencils outside as a ruler.
