When you want to utilize the Mitsuibishi Outlander AC Compressor in your DIY EV conversion, you will have to create a bracket to mount it. Due to it's shape, getting the bolt pattern is not super trivial since they have different heights and offsets.

This page should give you all that you need to design your own bracket or incorporate the models given in your own design. Currently this is only verified for the older type of AC compressor with the Mitsubishi part number 7813A378. It might work with the newer style as well, but this is untested. Please let me know if you tried it out and what the results were.

Versions

“Flat Plate”: The folder contains just the flat plate that you can use for laser/plasma cutting of a metal plate to build your AC compressor bracket with. Apart of the typical 3MF, STEP and STL files I added a DXF file of the outline and bolt holes.

“Mockup with Spacers”: This is a full model that can be 3D printed or incorporated into a design of a bracket.

“Other Files”: I prepared a drawing of the required dimensions to fabricate/design a mounting plate with all relevant dimensions.
