Summary
The shower caddy in our guest bathroom kept slipping. I tried bending it, but that didn't work. I eventually used a large rubber band to form a block, but that looked ugly. V1 of this Thing is a replacement for the rubber band - you put it around the pipe in front of your caddy; if necessary use a band to clamp the holder so it stays put.
V2 is designed to actually hold the caddy in place; I've shown it with a rubber band as a clamp, but most caddy's will tend to clamp the holder in place as they are weighted.
Both designs are for a standard 3/4" pipe. The Inventor files are available should you want to customize.

Notes:
I used a 4mm Brim to hold things steady. For V1, you don't need supports; for V2 you do. I have provided a version from Meshmixer with the supports embedded; I used this version to print in PLA with CuraEngine.
