Print at a low layer height, about .08-.1. Use white filament for best results, dont use transparent filament, it will let too much light through. Slow down your prints as much as you are willing to to get better results. Best orientation is Standing up, parallel to the Y axis. You might get fewer artifacts on a cheaper printer printing parallel to the X axis, but might get lines in the print from wobble.
