This is a replacement for the Mendel/Prusa Y axis design. It's supposed to be easrier to assemble than the original mendel design, while having he advantage of bearings.

1a. Print 4 objects of the STL file y_linear.stl
1b. Print 4 objects of the STL file y_linear_space.stl

1. Make a MDF board of 32x32cm
2. Print the ybed.xcf on a piece of paper and put it onto the MDF board. (make sure the paper measures 32cm).
3. Drill holes through the MDF according to the paper.
4. Mount the bearing holders onto the MDF using M3 screws and nuts
5. Put the Y axis onto the rails of your printer. Place the rails 15.2cm apart. Make sure the axis moves smooth.
6. Mount the timing belt, heated bed etc onto the MDF.
