Has your pencil sharpener stopped working? Does the motor turn without sharpening? The original very small gear that fits into the gearbox of this “Staples” brand pencil sharpener apparently is weak and breaks easily as did mine. The instructions for locating and removing the gear is best seen on YouTube from the generous work and post from TheOverEngineer. Find his posting using the above combination of search words. I printed the part with the gear teeth side down. The raft is just 2 mm wide to assure good bed adhesion. I would recommend default high quality settings for your printer and filament chosen.

Just remove any rémanents of the raft or skirt if one was used.
