https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2171313 presented two bottom options -- with slot for GPIO header and without. The former leaves bottom opened to dirt, and the latter doesn't close completely if GPIO headers are soldered, so I've created a third option -- with indentation for GPIO header.

Other parts remain unchanged. I've just copied them so you can print the complete case.
