Summary
I rescued a pair of boxy AC fans from a play that was being struck, and they'll been sitting on my desk keeping me cool. However, their open faces kept sucking in bits of paper and biting my fingers. This THING is a matching front cover (flat) and back cover (with support legs).
My particular fan is 119.6mm tall and wide, and has holes 4.06mm holes that are on 104.8mm centers; feel free to re-scale for your fan! The depth of each cover is 3mm - enough to be sturdy, but not so much as to impede airflow.

Notes:
Printed with just a little stringing on first layer, but nothing huge. Cura 2.7.0 put some very weird moves between each layer, as it tried to path within the shape to get to the start of the next layer, but this didn't seem to impact print quality.
