Sometimes you have to photograph something big. Tripods are too small, so for me it was obvious I needed some way to mount my camera to the ladder. To my surprise, I didn't find any such adapters I could just buy so I decided to make one.
Unfortunately this adapter will only work with Werner ladders that utilize "Lock-in" system. It's round hole mounts on top of the ladder that hold various tools and paint accessories.
I don't know if other companies utilize this so I can't guarantee it will work with other ladders.

You will need to print a mount and a clamp handle. In addition to printed parts you will need:

• Ballhead tripod mount with 3/8" thread (standard tripod thread). Make sure it can hold your camera's weight with lenses, etc.
• 3/8" machine screw (I used 3/4" or 20 mm long with countersink (tapered) head).
• 1/4" machine screw about 3" long
• 1/4" hex nut
• Werner ladder :)
