Summary
This is an adjustable facemask spacer to keep the mask from coming in contact with your mouth. This particular design is intended for fabric masks that have a seam on each side of the mask. After sliding the two pieces together, clip the mask on each side of the mask and then adjust the slide to the proper size after test fitting to your face. Mark the excess at the sliding end and then cut with scissors. After getting the proper length, you can use a hair dryer or heat gun to place a moderate bend in the band if needed.

Notes:
These parts should be printed on edge to ensure the clips are printed correctly. It is best to print on a raft with a 5mm "Raft Extra Margin". I used a 0.4 extruder tip at 205C and a 60C bed temp on a glass bed with hair spray. If you use a raft, you can pretty much print it on any surface.
Post-Printing
Separating the clips
In order to have a tight clip, the tolerance is very tight between the clip faces. You can break open the clip using a scraper or putty knife. Place the back if the clip against a flat surface an then place the scraper in the clip opening. You should be able to tap the back of the scrapper and separate the clip. If your printer is over extruding then this gap may be fused together making it very difficult to separate.
