This 3D Printable Scissors, as you might be wondering, does cut paper, as shown in one of the pictures that I have uploaded. But not close to as well as a real Scissors would. However, I made it as realistic as I could. I hope you enjoy it!
Print Instruction:
As always, use your favorite print setting that you know works the best. The only couple of things that I would suggest are:
- to print the Scissors at a layer height of 0.1mm
- to print the Scissors having both the cutting edges facing away from the print bed.
- and finally, use the 3mf files, which have the supports and parts oriented in the correct position unless you know what you are doing.
I have also included a Gcode file, made in Slic3r (Prusa Slicer) using the presets: 0.10mm Detail and Prusment PLA. Note: The scissors were printed on an MK3S+ using a 0.4mm nozzle
Assembly Instruction:
The assembly is straightforward. Just take the middle connector piece and put it through one side of the Scissors and then the other connecting the Scissors.
If you have any questions or problems or you like these Scissors a lot, please leave a comment.
