I found a box online years ago which I then modified so I can easily create any size box I wish. I wish I knew who created the original but I've since lost it. I created this one as large as possible so that both the lid and the base can be printed on one sheet on the Bambu. I use PLA. One of the goals is for these boxes is to not have hardware required-- just press together and the hinge and clasp snap in place.
Prints without supports.
I like having the differently named boxes as I keep specific materials and tools for each different printer in each different box. I've included a Bambu 3MF file if you want to print the Bambu one (or the Generic one) with multiple colors.
When importing the lid with the logo into the Bambu Slicer, be sure and load both at the same time and answer Yes to “Load these files as a single object with multiple parts?” This way you can still assign different materials to the logo vs the lid, but when you drag the lid around the logo will stay attached.
For those who will ask, the parametric version is created in Blender so there are no STEP files I can share. And, the Blender file is very complicated.
