I used 4 layers on all sides so that I could use less infill. Still testing design, PLA may not be the best material if you plan to use in a car due to heat and the hook bending. Use a zip tie to keep the hook from falling out of the kennel. I designed this based off the XL Ruffland Kennel, may not work with other sizes depending on if the door holes change.

I recommend using two of the fan "hooks" back to back to help resist the weight of the fan.

Updated the side hook 8/1/23:
Made hole size changes so you can thread a 1/4" bolt into the main hook. This removes the need for a nut on the back inside the kennel.
I am also having more success printing 40% infill and 4 layers. Bring print time down to around 2 hours.
