Universal webcam mount,  the top can handle a m4 bolt or a screw that can be inserted in the bottom of a webcam by using a insert or the screw hole of the feet.

The joints can be connected with a M4 20mm bolt and nut, and the feet can connect to an aluminum extrusion with a t nut or just screwed into place.
