Summary

I needed to create an adapter - an adapter from different types of toothpaste tubes, to use the dispenser.
for the type on the first photo, the dispenser is designed for the type from the third photo.
adapter_2 - with a larger diameter inner hole (6mm).

the operation of the adapter showed it to be completely sealed, Update_adapter the improved model has no flaws.
