Summary
This is a remix of jcl5m1's quick release adapter, which has been shrunk down in size slightly (70% of the original) and modified for use as a bicycle accessory holder.
- The print-in-place spring has been tightened slightly, and the latch angle slightly adjusted to prevent the secured item from being "whacked" out of the mount
- The shoe has been replicated in FreeCAD and modified slightly to hold the secured item firmer
- Phone holder shoe adapter is compatible with generic "Waterproof 360 6 inch bike phone holder" cases that have the small sun visor on the front
- Handlebar mount for 22.2mm (7/8") bars is provided
Non-printable parts needed
Should also be possible to "borrow" similarly sized nuts and bolts from other accessories if you have none to hand
- Two M4x16 bolts with countersunk flat heads (to attach the quick-release mount to the handlebar mount)
- One M4x30 bolt with countersunk flat head (to secure the handlebar mount)
- Three M4 nuts - preferably Nyloc or used with threadlocker

Remix info - please note
This model is smaller than the original - about 70% of its size, and sadly not interchangeable. The reason for this is to make the overall mount less bulky.
Background
I was pretty excited to come across this quick release to be honest - and got to work modifying it to work as a bicycle accessory quick-release mount.
After prototyping several versions, with various aspects tweaked to see how these affect the mount tightness, ease of locking & unlocking the shoe, and failure conditions, I settled on some very minor changes that make it more secure, and hopefully more reliable in rough riding conditions.
The fillet on the shoe in particular affects how securely it's held in the mount, particuarly when something larger that can cause high torsion (like a phone holder) is being secured by it. The final chosen value was 0.6mm.
With the stock parts, under some conditions, the shoe can be forcibly pulled out of the mount. This wasn't ideal for rough conditions when bike riding, so some changes were made to the latch design, and the catch on the shoe itself to mitigate this. I have so far not been able to reproduce this issue since the redesign.

Notes:
- The phone holder shoe model is upside down - the square part should be sitting on the print bed
- The handlebar mount was printed on its side, with the tongue facing upwards
- Alternatively, it may be possible to print this face-down, however I have not tried this on the final version of the part. If this option is chosen, it may be ideal to use a penny washer or a flanged nut where the M4 nut cutout is located
If printing using PLA, please note:
- PLA has a tendency to deform when "under load" for a prolonged period of time. It may be a good idea to re-tighten the handlebar loop's M4x30 bolt roughly every three months to compensate for this

Bicycle Mount Assembly
The main thing to note here is ensuring the print-in-place springs on the quick-release are lined up with the protective tongue on the handlebar mount.
