PCB Clamp Holder

This spring loaded adjustable PCB holder is suitable when soldering smaller PCBs. It is adjustable in small steps and push springs are used to provide perfect pressure to the clamping parts. This allows for quick adjustments once the PCB is in place.

Operation

By lifting the springy knob the sliding part is adjusted until the proper clamping force is achieved.

Printing

The bottom, clamp, lock pin and knob parts can all be printed without supports. The glider part probably needs support so that the square hole becomes decent.

I printed everything in PETG, PLA is probably great too.

• 3 6.5 x 10.0 mm push springs for the lock pin and clamp parts
• 1 M3 x 12 mm machine screw with a circular head  (5.3 mm diameter) for the lock pin
• 1 M3 x 12 mm self tapping screw for limiting the spring loaded clamper
• 1 M3 threaded insert for M3 screw into lock pin
