This one has 3 section selector for how slice of a bread is.

15mm, 18mm and 21mm.

Yes only one slice at a time. There is a stop for bread that can be moved to location of the slice.

Use two platforms to keep bread level. Platform is 40mm wide. The Bread Slicer Guide are 200mm tall and opening for bread is up to 160mm wide.
