I needed to fix a Tapo TC82 camera on a pole. The pipe has a 32 mm diameter; I made the clamp a bit bigger so it should grip up to 34 - 35 mm pipes.

You will need 6 M3 screws and nuts about 15 mm length to fix the base to the clamps then 2 screws M4 of 20 mm to tighten the clamps to the pipe.

To fix the camera to the base you need 3 M3 100 mm screws and nuts.

There are 2 versions for the base, the difference is the orientation of the holes. They are equal otherwise.
