Print in one color and hand paint, print with MM, or print with color change at height (single extruder - see below for layers/heights).

Color change at layer instructions: 

If printing at 0.3mm layer height (as I did), change to these colors at these heights:
Start with white,
at layer 26 or 7.8mm, color change to red,
at layer 28 or 8.4mm, color change to blue.

If printing at 0.2mm layer height
Start with white,
at layer 39 or 7.8mm, color change to red,
at layer 42, or 8.4mm, color change to blue.
