Printed myself a new pickguard to replace the stock white one on my Squier Telecaster. Printed on textures pei sheet. Looks better in person than my crappy photos.  Fits tight around the neck.  

Scanned my stock pickguard and extruded in tinkercad. Printed face down with infill layer lines at 0° to get straight lines. Used 4 bottom layers and no top layers (pointless really) If you want regular thickness just scale the Z to 3mm.
