Frantic is a fantastic UNO like game from the Swiss company Rules Factory:

I found other inserts on here but non of them fittet the way I like to organize my cards.

This insert will hold all cards and has one main compartment for the normal cards with a seperator to hold the normal cards from expansions you don't want to play with.
The other three compartments are for the event cards, power cards and rule cards. By pressing down on the bottom of the special cards they will flip up to make it easy to take them out. 

I printed mine with supports on the steep sections and mine is 10mm shallower than the model to save filament. This turned out to be a bad idea, as the special cards aren't held down by the cover  and can fall out of their holders when the box isn't held correctly.

You can also either paint or use a multi material system to add some color to the logo and letters for the special cards.

Most of the time I play without the power cards so I keep all the Update, Edison and Recharge cards in the seperated space.
