Remove friction in the PTFE tube by allowing the filament to follow a more vertical path instead of forcing it in an S-curve.
Based upon the original Prusa MMU2S Holder but extended 3 cm further backwards

Gcode includes supports and uses MMU2S in single mode.

As specified by Prusa for printing the originals:
0.2 mm layer height, infill 20% GRID and material PETG
