Summary
This is a Titan extruder lever design (Tevo Tornado, Anet printer's etc.) on FreeCAD to replace the broken one (see pictures). According to my observations, the maximum hardness and the best fusing of the layers of the part will be if printing by PLA plastic. Of course, infill 100%.
